PROCEDURE:
1. MIX SUGAR AND FRUIT. LET STAND 10 MINUTES.
2. IN SEPARETE POT ADD PECTIN MIX TO WATER WHILE STIRRING.
BRING TO A BOIL WHILE STIRRING. BOIL 1 1/2 MINUTES.
3. ADD PECTIN SOLUTION TO FRUIT- SUGAR MIXTURE. STIR FOR
3 MINUTES. POUR INTO CONTAINERS. LET STAND. 24 HOURS, THEN FREEZE |
