    REDUCED SUGAR HONEY JELLY = 54-55% SUGAR

    MILD HONEY  38 OZ. (WEIGHT)   26 FL. OZ. 
    PACIFIC LM-3 PECTIN  2 OZ. (WEIGHT) 1/3 CUP
    WATER 24 OZ. (WEIGHT) 23 FL. OZ. 

    PROCEDURE:

    1. ADD LM-3 PECTIN TO WATER WITH GOOD AGITATION.
    2. STIR WHILE HEATING TO BPOLING. BOIL FOR ABOUT A MINUTE UNTIL PECTIN DISSOLVES.
    3. ADD PECTIN SOLUTION TO WARMED HONEY. HONEY TEMERATURE SHOULD BE ABOUT 140-160 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. STIR WHILE HEATING TO 190-200 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. FILL INTO JARS.

       YIELD - 59 OZ. (WEIGHT) OR 45 FL. OZ.
