PROCEDURE:
- PLACE PEELED & MASHED KIWI IN 6QT SAUCE PAN. ADD LEMON JUICE.
- START HEATING AND ADD PECTIN MIX SLOWLY WHILE STIRRING.
- USING HIGH HEAT, CONTINUE HEATING TO BOILING WHILE STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
- ADD THE PRE-MEASURED SUGAR IN TWO PARTS WHEN BOILING BEGINS. STIR AND CONTINUE HEATING.
- WHEN JAM COMES TO A FULL BOIL, STIR AND CONTINUE BOILING FOR 3 MINUTES
- REMOVE FROM HEAT. SKIM FOAM IF NEEDED AND POUR INTO JARS.
